VidCAD is proud to have a history of providing only the highest level of technical support and assistance to our users. In the summer of 2009 we rolled out a new website for VidCAD users, and the positive response was overwhelming. Since last summer, VidCAD users have requested more and more services through the user site. To this end, we have completely revamped our support program, and are pleased to present our new membership program—VidCAD Mastermind—to replace previous support and upgrade plans. These new membership levels offer more resources than ever for VidCAD users, including more community resources among VidCAD users as a whole.

New Features in VidCAD Mastermind:

• VidCAD Tech Support Blog: This is an existing feature from last year’s roll out that has been much improved! Users will now be able to comment on the blog posts, and interact more with the support team through this medium.
• Online Support Chat: There is a new tool on the Mastermind site to chat with the support team directly. (You can also use the form on the site to create a new ticket electronically.)
• VidCAD User Forum: One of our favorites, this new forum is a place for the VidCAD user community to interact with one another and share thoughts and ideas.
• Wishlist & Ideas Forum: A new forum for requesting new VidCAD features and voting on each others’ ideas. 
• “Getting Started with VidCAD”: a new two week email program to assist new VidCAD users in a step by step process to get started with their new system.
• 1 on 1 Call in Days with VidCAD Experts: These will be days where you can schedule a time to speak directly with the VidCAD experts on advanced VidCAD topics.

And our extremely popular webinars are, of course, included in this new program!
