How Do I Open a 2010 Drawing with OEM 2008?

OEM 2008 will open AutoCAD 2007-format drawings as well as all previous versions of AutoCAD. But it will not open 2010 format.
One note about AutoCAD formats: AutoCAD changes the format of the drawing every three years, so AutoCAD 2007, 2008, 2009 use AutoCAD 2007 format. AutoCAD 2010, 2011, 2012 use AutoCAD 2010 format. In 2012, AutoCAD is releasing AutoCAD 2013, and that format will run through 2015.
Use VidCAD Assist
The easiest way to do this is to open the drawing in VidCAD Assist from your VidCAD Main Menu.
