Clipboard Sub-menu Removal for ACAD 2010 and Later

Many VidCAD users have migrated to or started out using Autocad 2010 or later. Some of these users have found the new Right Click menu configuration a bit different and inefficient. Although the Clipboard sub-menu is the focus of this posting, it opens the door to customizing your Right Click Menu options to enhance both ease of use and efficiency.
