VidCAD SQL 3.0 - Unlocking Viewports

Viewports in paperspace are locked in VidCAD SQL 3.0 drawings by default (with the exception of 3-D drawings). The lock prevents users from accidently changing the scale of the drawing therefore preserving the drawings U.S. National CAD Standard compliance built into the default scale. However, some users may want to change the scale of a drawing or simply move it a little in the layout window. To make these types of changes you will need to unlock the viewport.
